Abstract
This paper deals with organizational perspective discovering in Workflow. By organizational perspective, we mean the organizational structures (OS) defining the activities distribution among actors (i.e. federations, hierarchies or coalitions) and the interaction protocols (IPro) structuring the communication between them such as the contract nets, the auctions or votes. After underlying the incapacity of workflow mining systems to deal with organizational perspective mining, the paper (i) shows how we extend the classical workflow log using agents concepts, (ii) introduces a real case study called «Management Process of forest fireu in order to illustrate our contribution and (iii) exposes the algorithms principles of OS and IPro discovering. Finally, this paper presents our «DiscopFlow» tool that allows validating the proposed solution.
